Returns Policy for A1 Domestics
We will accept returns of the goods providing the buyer contacts us within 7 days of receiving the items accompanied with a receipt. If a delivered product doesn't meet the listing description, please contact us for a replacement or refund before leaving a feedback.
You are responsible for any returned goods until it reaches us and the postage costs incurred. We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
Please note that all serial numbers on items are recorded before items are sent out to prevent items being switch and returned.

If you are not satisfied with the condition, please do not use the product, and upon contacting us, have the item packaged and ready to be collected.
You will be liable for original postage and returns costs, if returning the item for personal reasons
