Guarantee
All our products come with a guarantee, so you can rest assured that should something go wrong you are covered. Each product has a varied guarantee length. Please read the appliance specification for clarification. New and graded goods come as standard with manufacturers guarantees. If a good is not functioning correctly within the guarantee period, the manufacturer needs to be called out. All new and graded items sold come with sufficient guarantee paperwork which needs to be sent off or activated via telephone. If a customer fails to do this it may invalidate their guarantee. Installation
As well as delivering the products to your door, we can also provide to fit and install most product(s). Our highly skilled deliverymen/fitters can get the appliance(s) up and running for you just as long as there is sufficient plumbing, electrics and space provided. Once the appliance is up and running, the engineer will also show you step-by-step how to operate it. We can arrange for gas cookers to be fitted by a corgi registered engineer who will safely fit the appliance, check the gas system and issue you with a safety certificate. Applies to Coventry & Warwickshire only. Charges apply.

Disposal of Old Appliances
Worried about what to do with your old/faulty appliance which is tricky to shift? We can arrange to dispose of your old appliance for you. Fees vary from different appliances. Gas cookers must be disconnected safely by a corgi registered engineer before we can dispose. Applies to Coventry & Warwickshire only. Charges apply.

Shipping
A1 Domestics take great care to package every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We endeavour to deliver goods as soon as possible. Charges for delivery could work out cheaper if we can arrange for the goods to be delivered within 10 days, although same or next day delivery is available at a higher cost.

Important: Please ensure that we have a contact telephone number when the auction ends and so we can contact the winning bidder to arrange delivery.

As a part of our effective and friendly service, we offer FREE delivery of most appliances in Coventry only. Delivery can be arranged with a prior agreement, just call us on 024-7644-8305. We also personally deliver to neighbouring areas in the West Midlands and Warwickshire (fees vary). Any deliveries outside of Coventry and Warwickshire, we contract out to our specialist couriers. Their charges vary across the UK.

Same or Next Day Delivery
Our couriers are able to deliver goods same or next day to most parts of the UK. Please contact us for prices and more information. Terms and Conditions apply.

Collection
Free collection from one of our showrooms in Coventry. Please arrange at least 24 hours prior to collection by contacting us on 024-76448-305 (business hours).
